Most people know I have a serious cookbook addiction. I guess it’s about time I get to using these cookbooks. I decided that what I could do is every month take one cookbook and cook a few things that I find interesting. This is where this recipe comes into play. This recipe is in a Gooseberry Patch cookbook. It’s called Slow Cookers, Casseroles & Skillets. I like the sound of this recipe. Mondays are so hard. We just don’t get a lot of free time during these times. I need fast, cheap, and good.
A few months ago, I was sick. I fell behind in all of my responsibilities. I hate when that happens. It is going to take me forever to get caught up. You would think that I’d be caught up by now. However, I just keep falling further behind. The problem I am having is we are doing a class on Tuesday too. Two days a week are now filled from sun up to sun down. It’s a bit overwhelming. I just need to keep collecting recipes for my “busy day box”. I know it’ll all work out in the end and I’ll save us from the dreaded eat out nights.

Arrange chicken in a slow cooker. Blend soup and milk in a bowl. Add seasonings. Cover and cook on high for 6 hours.
