This recipe is very similar to my Mamaw’s Chicken Casserole recipe. I really thought it was rather good. We ended up making some Brussel sprouts, carrots, and lima beans with it too. It was really good. I’ve been trying to branch out and make more fresh veggies and make more veggies than just one. It’s really been fantastic. I’m really happy with the idea of getting these boys veggie lovin’ on.
1 box of stove top stuffing
1 can of cream of chicken soup
2 pieces of chicken
salt and pepper
1 cup milk
1 cup of chicken broth
Mix soup and milk set aside. Cut up chicken and put in the bottom of a 9×13 pan. Salt and pepper over chicken. Pour soup mix over the chicken. Put stuffing over the top. Pour chicken broth as even as possible over stuffing. Bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool for at least 10 minutes.
