Kid in the Kitchen Cheesy Taco Pasta

My life goal is to raise a good man. I want to rain a man who can care for his family. However, I also want to raise a man who can feed himself. Years ago when Cooper was younger there was a mom who died during childbirth and left her husband with two children to raise. Both children were under the age of 5. I decided right then, I’d not raise a boy into a man who can’t take care of himself, his children, or his wife. Since he was little I’ve been teaching him the basics. Tonight he asks me if he can help make something. We picked this recipe out of my book.

1 lbs pasta (we used what was on hand)

1 lbs ground beef

1 pack of taco seasoning

3/4 cup water

1 can of Mexican stewed tomatoes, well blended

1 cup of shredded cheese.

Brown beef. Drain fat add water and taco seasoning. Once the water is absorbed, add tomatoes and cheese. Then add pasta. Stir and serve.
