Banana Pudding

img_15462.jpg

I feel like lately I’ve posted a ton of my grandmother’s recipes. This is definitely one of those. It’s one we had at every holiday. Everyone loves it. This is a true southern shortcut way of making banana pudding. Ya’ll gotta make this!

1 box Nilla Wafers

1 large box cook and serve vanilla pudding

6-7 bananas

2 eggs

Make pudding as directed on box. Line casserole dish with Nilla wafers. Top with bananas. Repeat once. End with Nilla wafers. Pour some of the pudding over wafers and bananas. You’ll use the majority of the pudding mix. Mix a little sugar with the eggs (about a teaspoon or two). Mix until soft peaks form. Bake until brown.
