Mamaw’s Chicken Casserole

Mamaw would always feed the whole crew if we were at her house. She really is an amazing woman. She is older now and she doesn’t do as much as she used to, but I did get handed a bunch of her recipes. She taught me to make each of the one’s I have. The great thing about having her recipes is no matter where life takes me I have her with me.

4-6 pieces of chicken (I use boneless skinless)

1 can cream of chicken soup

1 can cream of celery soup

2 eggs

1 cup chopped onion

1 small can evaporated milk

1 package stove top stuffing

boil and shred chicken. Put soups over chicken and spread. In a separate bowl mix eggs, onion, milk, and stuffing. Spoon over chicken. Bake for 60 minutes at 350 degrees.
